I have ordered medicines for my ** years old mother who is having diabetes and blood pressure from netmeds.com and payment was also made in advance. But even after lapse of maximum delivery time committed by the company, j have not received my medicines . While contacting the company, they are simply telling that we have informed the courier company to deliver the same asap ,but still there is no improvement.
Further, this company is not having any authentic customer care centre, we can contact that company only on email ,which they are not replying .
No phone number is available to talk directly to the company.
Kindly look into the matter
