Netmeds.com - Refusal to accept valid prescription

I had submitted a prescription for certain psychiatric medications required for myself. I have been submitting prescriptions for the same medication prescribed by the same.doctor to Netmeds.com for years and have never had a problem receiving my order. This time the same prescription was rejected even though it is valid and meets all the requirements that customer service has told me my prescription is supposed to have. I have repeatedly asked why my prescription is now being considered invalid, I just get a generic response that it is invalid, without any clear reason is particularl. I have emailed them.over half a dozen times and each time I get a generic response that doesn't answer my question. When I've called customer service they've even told me my prescription is valid, but for some reason when I try and place an order it keeps getting rejected. This has never happened before. I can submit a copy of my latest prescription if someone can actually tell me what is wrong/invalid.about it.
