Adidas - Payment through UPI deducted but goods not given

I visited Adidas Shop in Brigade Road, Bangalore on **rd Sep **** and bought * T Shirts. Their Card machine was not working so I did an UPI Transaction. The shop informed me that it has not been credited to them so they won't give the goods. Mr. Fahim the in charge in the shop informed me that the transaction will automatically get reversed. If not, I should call him on his mobile no. ***** *****. After I returned back to my Home in Mysore, I verified from my Bank and was informed that the transaction has taken place. I sent all the details by Whatsapp to him. Since then I am trying to contact Fahim. He is not responding. Today is *th of October ****.
