I had paid my bill on ** feb **** throught act mobile payment link which was provided.
The due date was ** feb **. After ** feb my account was disconnected stating I have not paid.
I raised a complaint and team sorted my issue after * days of my payment and again my internet was disconnected stating my account is due for payment.
The team earlier had confirmed me that I have paid the amount and also internet will be reactivated and they did reactivate..
But now again it is disconnected.
I have lost my money with these people and am calling everyday for the status but the team is least bothered and they are playing with my money.
