Cars24 - Payment Outstanding

Dear Sir,

Sub: My Baleno car DL *CL**** sold to Cars**:

On Sat, **th Dec i visited Sector **, MG Rd, Gurgaon for Car inspection & got a Quote for **,***/- which i agreed & a token of **** was paid. I was asked to provide the Bank NOC for hypothecation as well as provide receipt OR close the open challan - both of which i did on Thu, **th Dec and also delivered the car - for which another **,***/- was paid (so total **,***).
The amount of *,*** (i'm not sure how this was derived as in actual there are * challans:

a) ****/- of Golf course Road for which i provided the Court receipt too to Mr Aman
b) ***/- i'm told of Delhi which i was not aware and agreed.
Hence the amount of *,*** is yet outstanding and i'm fed up of following with Aman who doesn't respond to calls and i've got to follow up. I in fact even informed him to check with Rahul Malik - the MG Rd branch person who when delivering the car checked the RTO site along with me when i handed over the car and he too agreed that only ***/- challan was outstanding.

The amount of INR **** has not yet been paid despite lodging a complaint and the only automated revert which i get is we'll get back to you within ** hours-which too doesn't happen.

All it takes is a few minutes to check if challan is paid / not paid - as the details are available
on-line in the RTO system. This is horrible service and i FEEL CHEATED.
