Icici Merchant Services - Payment not settled

I have a small garment shop. Shop was closed down for nearly * months due to covid lock down. I am not able to pay my rent for few months so i decided to close the shop , so I called in all the stock.lot purchasers who buy the garments stocks from a closing shop at cheap rates. So i sold nearly ******* worth of goods for * lakhs and he payed me through his credit card and the next day the amount was not settled in my account and I received a email and SMS from Icici merchant services stating that my settlement was on hold, so i called them and they told.me.to mail me with the transaction copy so i mailed back with the copy and they again mailed me asking for the shop photos and the bill for the * lakhs i sent my shop photos and the hand bill which the purchaser gave me, but Icici merchant services mailed me back saying that they need a bill with gst so i told them that stock lot purchasers are like street vendors and they just give us a hand bill and not more than that and i try to explain them that that's how the stock lot or garments second hand.industry works but Icici merchant services are not accepting it and they said that the money would be on hold for the next *** days. I am shocked and begged them that i need to pay the rent debt in **/ days but they are not listening. I am Thinking of killing myself . please help me.
