Complaint about two Airtel Ahmedabad Broadband team employees: Nirmal (+** **********) and Manager Swatantra (****** *****) who are bullying me since day * when the payment was done for a new BB connection. Note the new BB Booking Reference with CAF No. ******* in the attachment. I have wasted my * days staying at home because of their false promises. My personal mobile number was used for someone else's leased line connection at Gala Emporio, drive in road, whereas I stay at Shyamal. I had a call from their field engineer and then only I came to know. The worst thing is their own employees are not answering my messages or calls. Please refer the screenshot.
My concerns:
- Personal Details (mobile number) insecurity.
- Absolutely zero response on the status of the connection.
- Complete ignorance of customers.
- No response even before the installation.
I believe Airtel perfect is ***x better than this regarding customer service as we also have a job to do. I can't keep taking leaves and waiting at home for their fake promises for calls and visits. Please refer the screenshot.
