I made a payment on **th June, **** around * PM on the scanner in their store. My amount got deducted and it is even reflecting in my bank account statement. But, the store manager refused to acknowledge the payment. He didn't give me the product nor the receipt for my payment and told me to come back after ** hours. Today is **th June, ****, I have visited the store once and have spoken to the manager on call * to * times but still they haven't refund my amount nor have the handled me my product. I have given them my transaction id, my bank statement everything that is necessary to prove my point. It is really frustrating from a brand like that.
