Jio Fiber Reliance Jio - Payment for Jio fiber deducted twice in May

I had paid **** on May **th to Jio fiber via gpay ****/- as a part of ****/- plan. Amount was deducted from the bank but not received here. After enquiry I cam to know that the amount was successfully credited into jio account. Transactiin id and statement is enclosed. I am tired of raising complaints to get that money refunded but no action has been taken. Jio has robbed me of my hard earned money. I have been pursuing this case for so ling but these shameless people have no concern for the pain of the customer. They lie and saythat the customer was unavailable to take calls and close the ticket giving stupid reasons like customer education. This is how they resolve the problem. I want my money back!!.
