Hi,
I visited zara outlet which is in select city walk, saket, delhi , India and purchased a pant. I was paying by scanning the QR Code guided by your employee but your system got hanged and as per the employee the transaction got cancelled, then i paid through the card and made my purchase.
However, the amount is not refunded in my account yet. Kindly check and revert on priority if the payment was made twice and also if the payment got cancelled.
