I purchased a product through my visa card from "banggood.com" but they declined my payment by saying that they didn't get the money, even though I have sent the transaction receipt to them. I sent the message to there customer support agent they told me that you will get a refund after * weeks but it is now * weeks and I didn't get my money yet, and today when I used there live chat they disable it. I want to stop this fraud system.
