Banggood.com - Account debited but saying they didnt recieve

I ordered a bw-kb* keyboard from bangood on the **th of Aug and successfully paid from my side. The amount was debited from my account. Yet they said they didn't receive it. I provided many proofs and the chat support was absolute shit they said the same thing over that they didn't receive and I should contact my bank. Why should I? they'll just say the amount is debited to bangood as shown in the proofs. their response is the same and chat support guy has girly avatars. So clearly a scam. And the email support said to give them * days to fix the issue with "finding where my money went" but its been * days. This was my first purchase at ban good and I was scammed of a very high amount. I want this company shut down! I was ordering a gift for my birthday and none of their "fake support" even works. It's all a lying, scamming, distrustful website
