Sir i am placing order on ** Dec **** then ** Jan **** my package shipped to India.
After that till ** Jan **** package received in delhi custom clearance passed but then giving me wrong tracking number of Xpressbees courier.
When i am chatting with Support Agent of Banggood giving me wrong information till date is my parcel received & transit but actually i am calling Xpressbees customer care then he told me this item is not my name & also address also.
Currently this order is RTO give told Xpressbees is cancelled...
Till date couple of mail received through Banggood with Verity of wrong information...
Please still where is my parcel not confirm...
