Powermax Fitness India Private Limited - Pathetic Service

I purchased a treadmill TDA *** from this company back in februray **** and just used it for * months and in the month and october **** product stopped working so i tried to contact their customer service number but there was no proper response. Some how i got in touch and requested them to send a technician.After a week a technician visited and said that roller of the machine is not working so the company will have to send it to you and once you’ll receive the product then you can contact me back and he left. Technician himself informed the company about the problem in front of me before leaving. Since then i am just waiting for that part of my product to get delivered its been almost * months now. I contact them regularly but there is no proper response. I’m not sure what to do at this time. I tried to contact their Head office which is in Goa but they are taking my concern very lightly. That treadmill costed me around Rs***** and now i am worried about its service. Its my hard earned money. Please help, i’ll be really grateful.
