I have purchased TDA *** machine from Powermax Fitnes india pvt ltd. Ms Aruna has co-ordinated with me for the purchase but after purchasing they are least bothered about installation and even after one month also installation was not done as promised by ms aruna while purchasing. after ** to ** followups they told me to do the installation vio video call. But once i open the box there is faulty in the part. again follow up started still issue is not resolved. and they are lest bothered to receiving the call. kindly help
