I purchased "PowerMax Fitness TD-M* *.*HP" on **.**.**** online using Amazon.It stopped working on **-Feb-**** and raised the complaint on **-**-**** as it is under warranty.
The service technician person came on **-March-**** and told that he found damaged part which needs to be repalced.
The service person took damaged part and mention that new part will be dispatched directly to my address. Since then i have been following with powermaxfitness customer for ** days and they are simply saying that you get dispatch details soon but i dont get any details until now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
