My Tv is in extended warranty period faced issue with PCB it has been closed to * months now, first ticket they closed after * month stating it is resolved, (but it was not). Next ticket is still open for last * month now and customer care keeps updating will update in * business days. They have a policy to refund the amount in case tv is not repairable within ** days. Workshop Manager Mr. Dinesh is worst of all, never picks up phone or updates via sms, keeps seeing them and ignoring.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
