I have booked my Thailand package with Oyo total holidays and my booking id is cf****f*-be**-*d**-a*f*-******c**a**. My wife has called Oyo total holidays on ** May **** for knowing to package for Bangkok. In response, Ms Monika Negi has attended her call and called her after every half an hour for * times and she trapped my wife for Bangkok and Pattaya tour. However, she forced my wife to make payment immediately and said if you will not pay right now your package will get costlier. Finally, my wife paid Rs. *,*** for holding the package and Rs.***** for booking of flight. She assured my wife that “ma’am, at any time you can cancel package or update your package”. After payment, she starts ignoring calls and she went on leave from **th may till now. Since Pattaya is not good for family and I am not comfortable to visit there with my family I asked Oyo representatives to update my tour from Pattaya to Phuket. Then they told me a very high amount (it is available at a very economical cost in another tourism website) which I can not afford. Now they start ignoring our calls after every call their agent to assure us “ma’am we will resolve your issue and whole day pass no one call us”. We are mentally harassed by these people. After every call, they put on hold our calls for hours and called disconnect automatically. From the last * days, we could not sleep because our ***** Rs has been theft by these people. Now I don’t want to continue my tour with these pathetic services and mentally harassment. I want my refund as soon as possible or continue with flight tickets only because they say that ma’am your flight tickets already booked and we will not cancel it. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.
