- Passport Mishandled Open
Indigo staff at chennai airport is highly rude and Misbehaved with us. The airline staff and Duty incharge named LEO did not allowed the passenger to travel as saying that passport is damaged. However passport was totally fine and the staff herself has streched out and damaged it during check in. However we talked the issue to immgration departement and the officer told that ther is no issue in passport and they are ready to immigrate the passenger. However the staff has misbehaved with us and did not accepted the passport and did not issue the boarding pass and 3 passenger has to miss their flight and ruined our plans of travelling togather. They have harmed us mentally as well as emotionally. And we want to file a complaint against the indigo staff at chennai airport.
