My baggage was mishandled in year **** and when they were issuing me a refund the regional head said that they will have to do half refund and rest in a indigo voucher. I told them that I do not live in India. He promised me that i can extend it as many times as I want even for like * years if I want to. Now Indigo is refusing to extend my voucher and is not letting me talk to that same guy. They are just not providing what they originally promised.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
