Fashor - PARTIALLY REFUNDED

On October **,****, I placed an order (worth INR ****) with Fashor.com for three dresses each amounting to INR ****, **** & **** respectively. On Oct **,**** I placed return request for all three and on OCT **st it was picked up for return. But as I didn't hear from them regarding refund, I sent my first mail on NOV * asking about refund. Following that, on NOV * (after * days), they refunded INR **** for one of my dresses. I had to send my second mail on Nov * asking about the remaining refund. Following that on Nov *, I received the second refund of INR ****. Again I sent a mail on NOV **th asking for the pending refund of INR **** but TILL DATE (NOV **,****) THEY NEVER RESPONDED AND HAVEN'T INITIATED THE REFUND YET.
