I ordered an item via order id ****** on Fashor.I returned the same against which a gift card was issued.Due to some reasons I was not able to use it within * months.Now I have asked them to issue a new gift card or return my money back.Fashor is niether issuing me a new gift card against my unutilised amount of rs****/- nor returning it back tl my bank accoint.They have clearly forfieted my money in name of company policies.It is a fraudulent practice.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
