I HAD RECIEVED PRODUCT ON *ND FEB ****...FOUND THAT ITS ILL FITTING & REQUESTED FOR EXCHNAGE ON *TH FEB ****...I WAS WAITING FOR REPLY ....WAITED TILL **TH FEB & MESSAGED THEM THROUGH CUSTOMER SUPPORT ....GOT TO KNOW THAT THEY HAD SENT MAIL...BUT NO COMMUNICATION HAPPENED THROUGH PHONE CALL WHERE AS THEY THEMSELF SAY THAT THEY WILL SEND WHATSAPP /EMAIL NOTIFICATION....WHICH THEY COULD HVE SEND BOTH BUT DIDNT SEND NOTIFICATION...ON *ST MARCH GOT MAIL ASKING FOR BANK DETAILS FOR REFUND FROM THEM...BUT *ND MARCH I GET MAIL SAYING THAT REFUND CAN NOT BE DONE ....PLZ HELP
