Dear Sir
I am writing this message to you after lot of pain and not gatting any solution to my problem.
I booked one OYO room (O ***** Varathi) at Vellore from *th to *th of March **** through AGODA site ** days in advance. My booking ID was *********. But while reaching Vellore I couldn't find the hotel and while contacting OYO they have connected the phone with the proprietor of the hotel who have refused accomodation saying all rooms are booked. No alternative accommodation were provided to me by OYO saying all hotel are booked. At the age of **yrs., I was searching for a hotel with my heavy luggage for * hrs. I called up several times with OYO for refund.
I have also contacted Agoda for refund but of no avail.
It's a very bitter experience for me at this age.
Later OYO has communicated to me that they have advised Agoda for refund.
Please look into and refund the amount immediately to me.

Even after cancellation of booking. Money not refunded yet.
I have booked an Oyo room today and made online UPI payment . The transaction was successful, money was deducted from my account but in the Oyo app it still shows payment pending.
I was denied check in at an oyo hotel after having a confirmed booking, I was told to pay extra to get a hotel room directly without a booking.
