Prakash filed complaint against Agoda Booking on May 23, 2023
Made a booking with agoda app, payment failed at first attempt and as per the link received from them the payment was made again successfully. However even upon successful payment the did not confirm the booking and eventually the booking cancelled! They say they cant find the payment even after sharing the sms of the charge and the alert from bank against payment made.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
