I wanted to Port my SIM from postpaid to prepaid, I called customer care service to help me with it.
I had a family plan with * other sim cards, first they asked me to disconnect them, I did as they suggested but later when I wanted to port to prepaid. I was asked to pay individual bill for each sim card and the total family plan amount for one sim card.
In this way I ended up paying Rs. **** instead of ***/-.
I was raise this complaint,get my refund and compensation for my time as I had to physically go to the store and again get it processed
