Our luggage was packed and was to be dispatched on **th May **** on urgent basis but was not dispatched until next * week. After waiting for our packages for almost * weeks we went to the firm and asked about our packages which were not been dispatched. We asked the firm to return our packages and refund our money. They denied both things. After a long argument, they agreed to give our packages but denied to refund our money. We told them that we will file a complaint to which they answered that complain wherever you want we will not refund your money.
