Agarwal Packers and Movers - packers movers careless delivery of my household

I paid Rs *****/- to Agarwal Packers & movers address ZA COMPLEX ,SHOP NO C-***,KALYANPUR ,OPP-VRIDHA ASRAM NEAR RAM DHARAM KANTA,LUCKNOW-****** ,CONTACT NO-**********,EMAIL:GETAGARWALXPERTPACKERS@GMAIL.COM on dated **.**.**** but after continuous effort they delivered materials with broken condition, also my kitchen chimney, all glass items broken condition, flower pot not delivered ,one cycle damage & other items not delivered, I had never found such careless service by any packers & movers.
I want appropriate action with my compensation of Rs * Lakh from Agarwal packers & movers..
