I have repeatedly contacted agarwalpackers.com about the damage my car sustained during transportation. The bonnet has a dent, and there are multiple scratches on various components. Initially, they acknowledged my issue and began investigating it. However, after a few days, they informed me that my transport is not covered by their insurance policy.
Before making the booking, I confirmed with them multiple times regarding the insurance coverage, and each time they assured me that my booking amount includes transit risk coverage (FOV), as stated in the quotation. However, they are now claiming that my booking is not covered by this insurance. Moreover, they have stopped responding to my emails.
In an attempt to escalate the matter, I reached out to CEO Sandeep Wadhwa (sandeep.wadhwa@agarwalpackers.com) and Ramesh Agarwal (ramesh.agarwal@agarwalpackers.com), but I have not received any response so far. It has been a few days since their last communication, and they have ceased all correspondence with me.
