Agarwal Packers and Movers - Packages not delivered and money not refunded

Namit Shah filed complaint against Agarwal Packers and Movers on May 29, 2019

The package dispatched for Jabalpur on **th May **** on urgent basis but it's not dispatched till next * weeks. After waiting for another one week for our package we found that they still not dispatched.
We asked the firm to return our packages and refund our money. They denied for giving both. After a long argument, they finally gave our packages but denied to refund our money. After all this, we told them we will file a complaint to which they replied that go and complain wherever you want.
