I faced a very bad experience with shiprocket support team. Actually this is my second shipment.
but i had a very bad experience with this , my shipment was not delivered but amazon side updated the status as delivered.
I raised a POD dispute on this. In the meantime I also checked with amazon.
I got mail from amazon side on ** th december and they accepted their fault and they asked me to reach your end for my refund .
But till * th jan **** i didn't get any response from shiprocket side. Finally, you rejected my dispute with unacceptable reason.
I raised a second POD Dispute. their team reached me for this and they asked me to connect my buyer.
I pulled my buyer on that call and the team completed their investigation. but the next day their end rejected my dispute with the false reason that my buyer was not reachable.
I have connected many time regarding this to shiprocket senior desk and your senior manager Abhay,
but i didn't get any proper resolution from their end.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
