- Package routed to wrong hub Closed
I was supposed to receive an important delivery and I have chosen to ship using ecomexpress but they have sent to wrong hub stating the pin code was wrong. I have seen the parcel and the address along with pin code was very clear. Now they are least bothered to tell at which location the product is and its been delayed from *days. Order awb no. ********* and still it shows as in transit. Kindly help on this as this is a bit important order.
