EcomExpress - Not delivering my order

My order id ML***** is out for delivery and it is in EcomExpress delivery centre, no delivery agent from this courier has called me but they have registered that delivery failed. In the order tracking link it shows me that my order is OFD locked. No response from EcomExpress courier.
