I ordered a redmi note * on **th of August for my mom..from mi store app i was so excited that i got it in flash sale.then i started waiting for the order to arrive..as per mi they said it will arrive within *-* working days.so i started waiting for it..after waiting for * days the order didn't delivered so i contacted mi through their chat service and they told me the product will arrive on September * evening for sure (i will attach proof below)..so i waited till evening but nothing happened no calls from delivery boy or nothing..(fake promises by mi) then i tracked my order with the given awb number..that is ecomexpress delivery team..i tracked my order its showing the same location for the last * days nothing is updated there also then i called their customer department regarding the issue on September * they told me it will arrive within **-**hrs so i waited..and again called on September * then also said the same words wait for **-**hrs..then i called xiaomi team and given complaint they taken a complaint and told me we will get back to you within some days and told me the product won't be delivering due to covid ** issues.. but thats wrong as per my location im getting deliveries from Amazon and Flipkart..
again i called mi and they taken a complaint regarding this once more amd they said within * working days it will be delivered ( again fake promises ) after waiting for ** days they told me the order will not be delivered due to delivery constraints
so the thing is both mi and ecomexpress made me a joker for them ..no responsibilities or nothing.. ecomexpress is worst they don't even know where their product is when asked thats funny right
im mentally frustrated by talking with them for about ***s of time through variable contacts
i hope voxya can solve my problem
