I have returned the item to club factory, got a text that the item has reached the club factory ware house still I haven't received my refund. It's been more than a month.

I cancelled my order and the refund of rs**** is in my club factory wallet and after the ban I cant access the app so I want it to withdraw the amount to my bank. But I have still not received it.
