This was my first ever courier as a merchant. I had * couriers picked up. I had given it to my security guard as I'd be at work when the pick up was scheduled. The delivery guy called me, I heard my security guard, my security guard confirmed that he handed over the * couriers, but a little while later, I got a message saying "We could not pickup your Delhivery Direct order AWB xxxxxxxxx. We will re-attempt on ****-**-**. To cancel, click appdelhivery.page.link/dir - Delhivery"
I tried calling the delivery guy, and he's not picking up. I'm not sure what to do. I'm a small brand, this is a big loss for me. And there are no better ways to solve for this. Can someone help?
