I have booked a for a shipment on **Th July ****.They are supposed to pick up my package on the same date.But it is the fourth day since booking..Still my baggage not picked up. Everyday they said the same "sorry for inconvenience we will pickup within **hrs". I asked for pickup or provide me refund.They did nothing. No contact number provided. No proper response from the company..
