I ordered one t shirt on * August from zams.co.in. my parcel reached my place ( Williamnagar) on ** August **** . On ** August **** a guy from Delhivery courier service called me around **:** but I missed his called and I called him back around *:** pm He said " You have a parcel come and take your parcel our office will open till * " So my father went around *:** to take my parcel and they said they couldn't find my packed because they kept in a return .Then I called that guy again and said " I told you I will pick my parcel from your office then why you kept in a return " He responded " I'm searching for your parcel and I couldn't find " and he cut the called , I called him again but he didnt receive my called amd this is his number ********** . Not only me there are others who are facing same problems as me In your courier service at my place called Williamnagar, Meghalaya . Delhivery Courier service located in my place at Kusimkol Book room , Williamnagar pin code - ******. Please look into this matters and solve the problems .
