since * week I am just calling to flipkart to resolve the issue but they are extending the timeline.
Problem statements:
* . Delivered the wrong product and refuse to take at the time of delivery
*. again got out of delivery but delivery agent denied that he has the order
I am just got frustrated after following up with flipkart, no Senior is taking the calls, executives are disconnecting the call after putting it on hold for ** mins.
problem summary:
I have order Godrej fridge on *th of may during the offer and I got it in *****, but at the time of delivery I received costly double door Haier fridge, so as a good man because I didn't wanted to someones job I refused to take it and returned the order and delivery agent told me that I will get the correct order within * days but here I am still struggling with the delivery.
Today again I got message for out of delivery and again delivery agent made me fool and didn't deliver the order now everyone with the flipkart is making me fool by extending the timeline, no one is taking the responsibility, no one mentioning who is the culprit.
If flipkart will maintain this type of culture, I really don't think if they can survive in future.
I request you to take it seriously and provide the correct order.
