Delhivery courier service - Package Not Delivered

I Jayashri Patil, Solapur My order of Trendy Womens Suits send by my sister which dispatched and send by delhivery courier. The Courier boy call me for take a delivery of package. but I am not confirmed about package so I told him that I talk with my sister about courier after that I take my parcel. but the delivery boy wrongly delivered stamp on my bill. but parcel not taken by me. at night I talk with courier boy to give me my parcel tomorrow **.** at mhada colony. he said yes madam. but he not came to give me a parcel. my parcel open in courier office I shown the parcel delivered. so what can I do. Its not allowed that the courier of other person open & take themself the parcel. I am waiting for parcel upto *..**pm. after that I call on No. ***********. then they says me we are open your parcel. the customer trusted on your service if you do this type service than the customer fill unsecured about your courier. so give the punishment to the courier boy.
