I have placed an order of Rakhi to Australia. They said that the total was **** INR. But later they asked an extra charge of *** INR. I even paid that amount. They said that the order is processed. But from that time there is no response from myflowertree.com and even the customer service. I even raised complaints *-* times but there is no response from them. I have made requests for call back but they didn't do them. There is no way to contact them. I have tried my best for them regarding my order. But there is no response. Now I got mentally disturbed because of them and their responses. I cant send rakhi to my relative in foreign. My order no. is ******

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
