I ordered a double layer bamboo luck as a gift to my father on father's day ** june, ****. My order id is ******. The package was promised to deliver between **:**-**:**hrs on ** june, ****. But i am yet to receive the package. Money is gone. Status of order is showing 'out for delivery' since **:** hrs ** june, ****. No proper contact details to ask for queries. Contact number is not working. Completely cheated up. Bogus website. Everything seems to be fake. But every now and then they never fail to send promotional mails and sms. I really wonder how dare they send these fake messages with No shop, No products, No delivery, No customer support. They are playing with people emotions by cheating. Need to take proper action against them.
