I've ordered a soundbar through Flipkart on **rd Jun ****. I was supposed to get it by *st Jul ****. But till now the item is not delivered. They don't pickup the call & just make the product status "out for delivery" as a formality but actually they never tried to deliver my order. They are continuously showing in their portal that, "delivery rescheduled by the customer" Also I've emailed both the company Flipkart & Delhivery regarding the same but not any resolution I've been provided by them. Delhivery courier service is a fake company that's all I can say. Please help me regarding this to get my parcel successfully delivered as soon as possible.
