Amazon.in - package not delivered

i have an account on amzon .in name of Lalit sharma . Placed an order on amazon.in dated **.*.** which delivery status show the delivery on **.*.** but i have not received the item and contact them, they will assure me that your order will dispatch soon and will be delivered on **.*.**, but this time also i have not received the same. then i have follow the same process and amazon representative will committed refund to me and feel sorry for inconvenience also process the refund of rs. ***/- in next two days. but there is not received any refund amount in my account till **th Aug ****. on **th Aug **** i also call them but the response is that: we are unable to find your order and disconnect the call.
