SHIVAM RAI filed complaint against Trackon Courier on Apr 20, 2020
My parcel was booked from ludhiana to bathinda (CONSIGNMENT NO- **********) on **/**/**** and when i checked my status on trackon website, status was showing that the item has been delivered with signature but i have not received my courier yet and i have not signed anywhere and when i called to bathinda trackon courier to deliver my courier they said you will have to collect your courier from our office, we are not going to deliver and they behaved very rudely and phone number of person from trackon courier who behaved rudely is *****-*****. How they can deliver my courier with fraudulent signature. i raised a complaint on trackon website regarding this and every time they close the complaint by saying that the item has been delivered and i raised a matter with consumer helpline with complaint number -******* but they closed the matter by saying that courier has been delivered. Now i don't have any other option to file a case in consumer forum.
