I ordered a pair of shoes on *th March till now I didn't get my shipment my order no is TWS**** .so yesterday I contacted to their customer service no. Which I got in Google so their executive said that your order has been cancelled because of unavailability of shoes so I said ok then refund my money so they asked about my phone pay details etc and said that we will send you msg then you forward that msg to our toll free no. ....and I don't want to send any msg to any one.... I just want to get my refund on my bank account ,which I used to make payment of my shipment .I want my money back without disclose my phonepay detail or sent any msg. Because now I can't trust three dot store .... ... So I just want my money refund as soon as possible pls help me to get my money...
