This is my parcel no: ************. It is not delivered with assigned time due to vehicle driver is not reach the parcel delivery destination. He is waiting in bus stand and ask me to come and collect the parcel. After ** mins I reach the bus stop he is gone and asking about where he is, he say there is no time for delivery and also speak very rude.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
