Fedex - FedEx not completing my KYC to release shipment

FedEx has been calling me and harassing me since * days to complete KYC on their website to release my shipment. But their website is not working and won't let me submit any details. I have explained this to ** + people already and no one listens. Even their supervisor is same. They just tell me to wait and * hours later another person calls me and it starts again.
