FedEx - Unethical unjustified custom charges with 1 month of stuck shipment withou update

They are charging **** rupee for a prepaid free shipment without justified reason first the charges was **** than thay increased it stating other charges and so without justified update or reason .. the parcel arrived on * th march fedex executive conatacted * days late on ** march eveving and also charged delay in doucumentaion for that they delayed. Tody is ** the april still shipment is stuck woth no update and increased charges.
I also requested to update on same prior :
It been more than a month my parcel is stuck and my query has not been solved addition to that no update is provided for the same process and fedex is charging unethical charges upto more than *** usd for a prepaid free shipment order which i have not recevied due the same im really dissapointed by service and request you to update asap in the matter.
Then agiain i iniated request :
The charges are already way too high and unethical and unjustified still as student can only extend to afford to pay upto the sum of clearance (****)and custom charges (****) only regardless of if being high already as im highly dissapointed by fedex which it itself conatcted * days late for documents already charging unethical price for a prepaid free shipment that too is stuck upto more than * month
