It has been more than a month and the parcel is still in transit as shown on their website.
This is such a shameful thing and we have noticed that the company has not even responded over the query. This was a special gift to our special people on the very auspicious occasion of Diwali.
We are following up with the consignee, hoping that India's topmost brand of courier can not be false, but we are really sad to be wrong.
